About this app

The CityMate app is for people staying with us. See your stay and what is due, order food, send laundry, extend your stay and pay with bKash, Nagad or Rocket through GalaxaPay, all in one place.

Installed but no icon on the home screen?

Some phones (Xiaomi, Oppo, vivo) block home-screen shortcuts. Swipe up to find CityMate in your apps list, or allow Home screen shortcuts for Chrome in the phone’s Settings → Apps → Chrome → Permissions, then install again.
