What is included in the seat price?
Every seat comes with Bed-side mini fan, Reading table, Reading light, European bed topper, AC blanket, Changeable bed & pillow covers, Bed locker + luggage locker, TV, Oven, Fridge, Wi-Fi and Instant IPS backup. Wi-Fi and instant IPS backup are included. Meals and the washing machine are optional extras (see below).
How much does a seat cost?
A seat is ৳499 per day. Short stays of 3, 5, 7 and 15 days cost less per day, one month is ৳5,999, and three months is ৳5,299 per month. All stay plans are listed in the Plans section above.
How do I pay and hold my seat?
Choose your plan on the reservation page and pay an advance with bKash, Nagad or Rocket to hold your seat. The page shows the exact amount before you pay. If you prefer to talk first, message us on WhatsApp or use the form below.
Are meals included?
No, meals are optional. Single meals are ৳90 each, or you can take a monthly lunch + dinner plan: ৳5,000 for 1 month or ৳4,700 per month for 3 months. The weekly menu is shown above. The menu is subject to change based on availability and special circumstances.
How does laundry work?
There is a 100% automatic washing machine. You pay per use. It is not part of the seat price.
What does the room look like?
2 rooms (1 bedroom + 1 compact common/TV room) and 2 bathrooms, AC bunk beds (1 or 3 layers). You get your own bed with a locker. We do not fix a number of seats on this page: the live availability at the top always shows how many seats are open right now.
How does check-in work?
Pick your check-in date when you reserve. After you pay, you get a confirmation and sign-in details for the resident app. For arrival questions, call or WhatsApp us on 01352-727222 or 01712-209471.
